A small valley over shadowed by Hyner Rocks, somewhere in the middle of this valley are some industrial ruins. Their purpose and even thier name is a mystery, even with the use of historical maps, all we know is it appears sometime between 1886 and 1905 and is only labelled as “drying sheds” and “ponds.”

It would be easy to link it to the nearby Great Rock mine however the old map shows poor access between the two sites, only a foot path ever connected this complex to Great Rock mine. The only road access into the site is from Hyner Bridge, where there was a corn mill although it can’t be linked to this because the industrial labels are wrong for the process of corn grinding.

Frankmills mine is also very close however there no access between the two sites whatsoever and the Frankmills mine was already disused by the time the site first appears on the old maps. Date of closure/abandonment is unknown and the road access has completely disappeared making the ruin virtually isolated.
