The Glen Oaks Village apartment complex has 2 major sections. One extending from Little Neck Parkway eastwards to 263rd Street. and south to Union Turnpike. The other section extends from Commonwealth Boulevard to 249th Street. The architect was Benjamin J. Braunstein of Jamaica for Gross Morton, a developer.
