  • Form and neccessary fees for AIRTEL Internet connection was submitted on 4th June 2008. 5th June modem and phone set was installed. Till then almost two weeks has passed waiting for activation.Despite not less then 50 calls to Airtel representative Mr. Naresh Davi and personal visit to Airtel office at Malviya Nagar yesterday on 17th June at early 9:30 hrs and later several calls to 9993002607. A simple reply "we are checking your status and setting it right by sending technician within an hour".Dont know, when the technician will turn down? It seems that the AIRTEL dont bother for:-Resolution of Customer Complaint. You dont have target & Resolution Index of Customer Complaint. Oviously collapsed customer complaint monitoring system.
