The ExxonMobil Brookhollow office complex, once located here, was home to numerous back office operations for the corporation. Included here were information services and payroll staff. It relocated in spring 2015 to a new consolidated facility near Spring, Texas. Demolition of the site began in late 2016. The 24-acre property now owned by Fidelis Realty Partners will be developed into a retail center containing over 200,000 SF of mixed-use retail and restaurants.
