The first district in Fayetteville, Arkansas, to be named a historic district, the Washington-Willow Historic District covers about 1.5 square miles of homes, most of which date from the late 19th and early 20th century. It is named for Washington and Willow Avenues, which run north-south through the district. The Washington County Historical Society has occasionally conducted walking tours of the district.
