The former site of 25 Canongate Trail was once used by Mary Ward C,S,S, (North Campus) in its early years running in portapaks, a group of portables connected to hallways and is better known as the "Tin Can" to this date.. The TCDSB has sold the property in 2004 to a developer and has since built townhouses.
