Government Polytechnic College, Thirurangadi.Located in Chelari (Near Indian Oil Corporation, Chelari).
One of the greatest technical institute in Malappuram District, (Affiliated to Board of Technical Education, Kerala.),Offering Diploma courses in three branches of Engineering. Namely.

1. Computer Engineering.
2. Electronics Engineering.
3. Electronics and Communication Engineering.

The landscape of this Polytechnic is full of rocky surface with specially designed H shape building, All academic classes is going on this building, According to technical term, this “H shape building” is the specification of the Thirurangadi Polytechnic College.
There is a small “Mango tree” situated in front of the canteen……. From there lots of people learned How to Love……. How to Share……. How to Fail....... How to Fight……. and finally....... How to Succeed…….
