140-foot, 12-story modernist residential building completed in 2011. Designed by Gerner, Kronick + Valcarcel, it contains 111 apartments. The concrete, metal and glass buildnig has large, inset windows and a light-grey façade. There is a setback above the 6th floor on the south side, and above the 8th floor at the east and north faces, as well as landscaped roof decks. The building is notable for the subtle patterning of its cast-concrete piers, some of which are partially curved to provide depth for some "inset" windows and give the façades considerably more visual interest. The mosaic-like windows feature some smaller panes of opaque white glass. The ground floor is occupied by a CVS pharmacy.
