3-story Italianate residential building completed in 1854 as a townhouse for William Fanning. It is clad in red brick above a rusticated brownstone basement. A high stoop leads to shallow-arched doorway. The windows have stone sills and lintels with cornices, and the building is crowned by a roof cornice with scrolled brackets.
