5-story school/office building completed in 1903. Designed by Lafayette A. Goldstone as a stable. The 1-story base is clad in polished granite on the bottom half and limestone on the top half, with three segmental-arched windows, one small segmental-arched doorway, and three larger segmental-arched doorways that were originally used for the stable, and later for vehicle entrances. The upper floors are clad in tan brick with segmental-arched windows, except for the top floors, which has round-arched windows. Each of the windows has a limestone keystone at its apex. Six rows of brick quoins run up the facade, and a brick band course runs below the top floor. The facade is topped by a parapet with ornamental brickwork.

The School of Visual Arts (SVA) is an art and design college located founded in 1947. This building now houses the Fine Arts Department, including sculpture studios and digital lab.
