Built in 1886 by Seth Shri Ramchandraji Khajanchi, the treasurer to the residency,Indore. he was succeded by his son gangasahaya then his son Manakchand Khajanchi who was renowned railway contractor , at present his eldest son kailashchandra khajanchi manages this property.
