6-story modernist residential building originally completed in 1893 as a 4-story home for working girls with limited salaries. It was rebuilt to a design by Marin Architects in 2019 as a condominium office building, with a new facade and additional floors on top. It is now clad in black steel and glass.

At the ground floor, the main entrance is on the left, with a glass door, and there is a storefront on the right. The upper floors have thin vertical mullions organically spaced across the facade, varying from one floor to three floors in height, creating a mix of narrow and wider windows. The ground floor is occupied by Fabrique Artisan Bakery.
