6-story Neo-Grec cooperative-apartment building completed in 1902. Designed by John P. Cleary, the 8-bay facade is clad in rusticated stone on the ground floor, with smooth stucco above (painted white on the 2nd floor, and light grey above). Above the segmental-arched central entryway is a porch supported by two polished granite Corinthian columns. It serves as the base for the fire escape, each landing of which has ornate iron railings. The inner bays of windows have white stone splayed lintels with keystones, and the outer bays have ornate eared lintels with hooded, broken cornices. Those on the 3rd & 4th floors are enclosed within decoratively carved stone enframements. The building is crowned by a bracketed cornice with carved swags in the fascia board. The ground floor is occupied by Paper Source, and Super Runners Shop.
