  • Formerly a childcare center adjoining the elementary school.
  • Health clinic was a basic operation. In the early 1980's we were staffed by one physician, one RN, an Army medic, lab tech and pharmacy tech. We had to be cross trained various medical duties. We dis the best we could with what we had.
  • Was stationed there from 76 thru 78 and worked as a medic in the clinic. Sometimes we had a physician, sometimes not. Sometimes we had a nurse, usually not. We also provided medical coverage to the Armed Forces Recreational Center at Chiemsee (sp) as well as the local ski slopes, which was ironic becuase when covering the slopes we were officially on the ski patrol, but I didn't ski :-) Lots of memories.
