4-story Art-Moderne office building completed in 1937. Designed by H. Peter Henshcien and Axel S. Hedman as a warehouse for John Morrell & Company. It is clad in limestone, with a large metal canopy over the ground floor. The name "MORRELL" originally appeared across the top of the 4th floor, where two different shields still highlight the ends, both framed by a pair of piers that run the full height of the facade. The company remained in business in this building until 1951, when it was sold to another meatpacker. It was converted to offices in 2010. The ground floor is occupied by Puttery mini golf.
