Designed by Hani Rashid and Lise Anne Couture of Asymptote Architecture, the building has 21 residences ranging in size from 1126 to 6845 square feet. The avant-garde design features a futuristic blue glass curtain wall with a variety of angled facets. Above the 6th floor, the 2-story penthouse is setback with a vertical facade behind a terrace. At the street level, the façade of 166 Perry Street is sheathed in a perforated grey metal scrim with computer-generated, laser-cut circular openings.
