3-story residential building originally completed in 1911. Designed by Charles H. Richter, Jr. as a stable for the David Naugle Construction Co. The ground story was altered to a garage in 1921, while the 2nd story remained a stable, and the 3rd story a hay loft. The building was converted in 1967 into a garage with upstairs offices. Owner Stephanie Wise altered the structure in 1976 as apartments with a ground-story one-car garage. Movie actor Wesley Snipes owned the building in 1998-2000.
It is constructed of light colored orange brick with stone lintels and molded roof copper cornice. There are three bays and the remains of painted wall signs are present. A metal hoist hook remains at the center of the front facade just below the cornice.
