Formerly known as the Los Angeles Department of Water & Power Building, this was named after the late Los Angeles City Councilman John Ferraro (1924—2001). Designed by A.C. Martin Architects in 1965; 16 stories in height.

  • The complex's intricate parking garage was the focal point of the police chase scene in "The Terminator" (1984).

  • The motorcycles emerge from N Hope St in the opening titles of CHiPs, presumably having ridden past the John Ferraro Building. The building can be seen in the background in the extended version of the opening titles.
  • Seen in The Omega Man in '70.
