5-story residential building completed in 1897. Designed by F. W. Herter, it has an entrance floor of rusticated stone, with segmental-arched windows and doorways. The facade above is clad in white and grey brick, with horizontal stone band courses at sill level and at lintel level, and also by an alteration at the roof to a single stepped parapet.
