3-story Federal-style residential building completed in 1828 as a 2.5-story townhouse with dormers. It was raised to three full floors sometime in the late 1800s. The arched doorway has two fluted Doric columns set against rustication blocks and a transom bar above. The roof cornice rests on vertically-placed console brackets. There was a matching house next door at No. 703, which was torn down in the 1970s.

The building is now occupied by the Urban Zen Center, which was organized to "raise awareness and inspire change in the areas of well-being, preserving cultures and empowering children in mind, body and spirit."
