6-story Romanesque-revival residential building completed in 1899. Designed by Michael Bernstein, the building is divided into two symmetrical halves and clad in brown brick above the storefronts. The third, fourth and fifth floor windows are set between brick piers and have Romanesque-revival arches above the fifth story. However, the second floor segmental-arched windows, with console type keystones, show the new classical influence of that period. The roof cornice has been removed. The ground floor is occupied by Vital Videos, Village Diva tattoos, and a barber shop.
