5-story residential building completed in 1884. It is clad in red-painted brick. The central entrance is atop a small stoop of three grey stone steps, with black iron handrails. The glass-and-door door has slender sidelights and a round-arched fanlight, and is framed by red-painted terra-cotta pilasters with rosettes at the tops, supporting an entablature around the fanlight that has a keystone and foliate carvings. To either side of the entry is a large window with a segmental-arched lintel, above basement areaways enclosed by iron fencing.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with stone sills and segmental-arched lintels, each with intricately carved keystones and impost blocks, and joined by carved bands. A black metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with console brackets, panels, and modillions.
