6-story residential building completed in 1959. Designed by Horace Ginsbern & Associates, it is clad in dark red brick, and has a simple pattern of regularly-spaced double windows. There is a shallow light court above the ground floor on the Sixth Avenue side, and two deeper ones on West 12th (the western one extends to the ground level). All three have fire escapes at the back walls, and there is another fire escape on the southern elevation. The ground floor is occupied by Buddy's Small Lots.
