Former 4 World Trade Center (New York City, New York)

4 World Trade Center was damaged beyond repair by the collapse of both 1 World Trade Center and 2 World Trade Center. It was torn down, along with the rest of the World Trade Center ruins.

Before September 11th, Marché, a gourmet market-type restaurant, was located here on much of the ground floor.

  • Four World Trade Center was a 9-story low-rise office building in the southeast corner of the site, in Lower Manhattan, New York City. It was damaged beyond repair as a result of the September 11, 2001 attacks and was later demolished
  • The construction of WTC #4 was finished in 1976 with 12 elevators and 6 major tenants. Since the building was in the south east corner of the site it was called the Southeast Plaza building. The collapse of the south tower completly demolished about 85 percent of the building making unrepairable.
