10-story office building completed in 1926. Designed by Parker & Schaffer as a showrooms and loft building. By 1935 it was occupied by the Westinghouse Electric Supply Company. It has a 2-story limestone base, with the upper floors having red brick spandrels and narrow stone piers between spacious window grids culminating in shallow arches below the top floor.

The ground floor is occupied by Greenhouse nightclub, Grainger industrial supply, and a Starbucks coffee. The building also houses the New York offices of advertising agency Wieden+Kennedy.
