8-story residential building completed in 1895 as a warehouse. It has a 2-story rusticated stone base with splayed lintels, and a balustrade over the entrance. The upper floors are clad in brown brick with stone quoins and sills, and arched brick lintels at the 4th, 5th & 7th floors. The other floors have square-headed windows. There are cornices below the 6th and 8th floors. The building is topped by a dentilled cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Scott Jordan Furniture.
