8-story residential building completed around 1900 as a two separate 7-story store-and-loft buildings. They share the same design, and were later joined internally. Alterations to the storefronts have left them quite different-looking, but the upper floors have the same appearance. They are clad in red brick, with stone window sills and lintels painted red. In 1985, the building was converted to condominiums, with a setback penthouse level added to the top, with roof gardens.
