Historic Neo-Classical building dating to 1911. It was first used as the headquarters for the Equitable Co-operative Building Association. More recently, it was home to Platinum Nightclub, followed by a shorter stint as a science museum. It is now undergoing redevelopment as possible retail or restaurant space.
