Historic house in the Mission Revival style, now a Colorado College dormitory. Designed by noted Denver architect Frederick J. Sterner. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP).(Not to be confused with the nearby "Lennox House" Bed and Breakfast, which is located at 1339 North Nevada Avenue.)

Originally the home of businessman, Cripple Creek gold miner, and Colorado College trustee William Lennox. Built in 1901 at a cost of $70,000.

It became part of the Colorado College campus in 1936. Originally serving as the school's Student Union, it was repurposed as a dormitory in 1959.

William was the brother and business partner of John Lennox, whose nearby former house is now a bed and breakfast also called the "Lennox House".

Listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
