185-foot, 17-story modern residential building completed in 2006 for the Brodsky Organization. Designed by H3Hardy Collaboration and Schuman, Lichtenstein, Claman & Efron, the building is distinguished by its interesting and unusual 7-bay façade of flush and indented windows that make alternating two-story-high window rectangles. The building is faced in glass and stainless steel, with the penthouse levels are recessed back from the building line. The building also has a garage with space for more than 100 cars, a gym and a landscaped terrace.

To the east of the lobby, the ground floor is occupied by Removery tattoo removal. The entrance to the parking garage is at the west end. The building contains 56 units.
