Former boarding house, built in the 1910s by Joseph Stenhura.

Previously, this was the site of a house belonging to Arthur Hutchinson, built circa 1882.

Arthur was the proprieter of the Burro Brigade and Bicycle Livery, which operated out of his brother Austin Hutchinson's El Paso Livery Stable.
