This is MoD land, and is marked on my local map as 'Danger Area'. It's next to Foulness Island (ne of this location), which is also marked Danger. The roads to it are blocked off. What the trains are for however I have no clue.

the Trains are Stored - but the most of them are now Scrapped! i can see the Blue Doored Tube Stock is now scrapped at Boot´s / Rotherham | ||||
