Navarino Mansions comprises four Edwardian Arts and Crafts-style tenement blocks. The five-storey blocks are made of red brick with elaborate stucco dressings and relief plaques, stone quoins and cast iron balconies. It was originally built in 1904 by the philanthropic association of the Four Per Cent Industrial Dwellings Company to accommodate 300 Jewish artisans from the East End and was totally refurbished in the 1990s, to the designs of Hunt Thomps.
