Buckingham Green is a mixed-use redevelopment in Victoria, London SW1.
The estate was designed by Architect Elsom Pack & Roberts and built in 1978.
The estate consisted of three component parts: The Tower, which was the HQ of Rolls Royce PLC along with 44 residential apartments, the Podium, which was a mix of offices along with a wine bar and restaurant in the basement and retail units in Palmer Street and finally, the Annex, which was a retail building leased to FlightCentre.
Rolls Royce have now moved to 62 Buckingham Gate.
One and Two Buckingham Green will provide 65 luxury 1, 2, 3 and 4-bed apartments available to rent and four floors of prime Grade A office space in the redesigned tower inspired by Mies van der Rohe. Three Buckingham Green will provide 33,000 sq ft of unique prime Grade A office space in a newly constructed building of unparalleled design. Four Buckingham Green will offer two bespoke 2,500 sq ft floors of modern studio office space alongside 12,000 sq ft of new A1 and A3 retail space across the scheme forming an entirely relandscaped quarter for this important part of Central London.
