This is a new house built by shri kondekar sir in 1992 at Saadhana nagar, as his dream home. but he still resides in ahouse that belongs to his parents at anand in peth amrapur galli, see somewhere else on this map.
Another house (anand) is the ancient heritage of Kondekar family that shifted to degloor from Hotul. The house belonged to shri sakharam manekar 100 years ago. This landlord married his youngest daughter to shri parmeshu kondekar, and thus parmeshu kondekar family developed in this place. The family is now grown up as a tree, with sons and grandsons, daughters and grand daughters. Parmeshu and rukmini couple has 3 grand grand sons. The family photos are depicted at
