Yeghishe Arakyal Monastery (Armenian: Եղիշէ Առաքեալի վանք) or Monastery of Yeghishe the Apostle (Azerbaijani: Müqəddəs Yelisey monastırı) is an Armenian Apostolic Church located on the bank of the Tartar rive. The monastery is located close to the village of Mataghis. The complex comprises the church, seven chapels, a cemetery, and ruins of other buildings.

Yeghishe Arakyal Monastery was built sometime in the 5th century and expanded in the 13th century. One of the seven chapels surrounding the minster is the tomb of Vachagan III Barepasht- the King of Eastern Part of Armenia (Արևելից կողմանք Հայոց), also known as Vachagan the Pious (Armenian: Վաչագան Բարեպաշտ), (487–510).
