Setup in 1988 by the Army Welfare Co-Op Housing Society for serving and retired Army personnel. Mahavir Vikas is now a major residential hub and landmark in the area. Situated across from the popular Nicco park, it is now surrounded by hordes of shopping and entertainment venues as well as modern specialized hospitals.
