  • NANI BUILDING PROJECT (MIDROC CORPORATE OFFICE) The pioneer tallest building in the metropolis having 22 stories. The first of its kind built to meet the stringent earthquake requirements set by the Western World. This skyscraper has a total built up area of 24,000 sq. meters including a basement and a two-level parking deck for about 150 autos. It is meant for department stores, working offices and restaurants. The total project costs Birr 300,000,000. It is located within the proximity of the Sheraton Addis Hotel, the Hilton Hotel, the Ghion Hotel, Economic Commission for Africa (ECA), Africa International Conference Hall. Simply put, it is at the heart of all the international venues. MIDROC’s Corporate Main Office will be located in this magnificent building.
