The Sultan Ahmed mosque also called as the blue mosque was designed and built by Architect Sedefker Mehmed Aga in the name of Sultan 1.Ahmed in 1616. It has 6 minarets, and 14 minaret balconies (called şerefe).

  • merhaba ... in syria : marhaba, little diffrence. I'm syrian and I've been to istanbul and bursa 3 years ago. I really wish to go there again . I really love turkey and the turkish people , and all the syrian people love turkey too and consider that we are members of one family because of the same customs , habits and traditions between syria and turkey... love you aaaaaaaaaall turkish.
