To be completed in 2013, this is formerly the location of Plaza Ampang, now demolished, and from its ashes will raise 39-storey Integra Tower. The building is currently under construction by Macquarie Global Property Advisors Ltd. (MGPA) (www.mgpa.com/). It is a private equity real estate investment advisor company, which is part of Macquarie Group (www.macquarie.com.au/), headquartered in Sydney, Australia.
