Future location of the newest residence hall at the University of Tampa (2007). Construction will be complete by August of 2007. Rooms are two doubles sharing a common room and bathroom. There will also be a new dining hall on the main floor, with several dining options and a grocery store. The building is seven stories tall. Upperclassmen are frustrated with the building's name, as Straz Hall used to be known as Stadium Place, and is still referred to as such by many upperclassmen.
