Teddys Bar

Teddy's Bar isn't just a hotel, it's a bar, and also the most functional Tourist Information Center (TIC). They also have a money changer, and the ATMs are just a short walk. We can also book for flight/ship leaving for/from Kupang. Teddy's also ow fleets of Taxis, Buses, and rented cars.
The Indonesian Tourist Guide Association members crewed the TIC, mostly youngsters, they're short of supplies, but very helpful, and speak English fluently with variety of additional 3rd language such as French, German, or Mandarin. These of course the legal ones, and their infos are updated, and corrected. The TIC is inside the Kupang Sea View, which is also owned by Teddy Tanonef, and right across the bar.
