8-story residential building completed in 1897, renovated in 2004. Designed by Louis Korn as a sales/showroom building, it is clad in grey brick and stone and white cast-iron. The 2-story base has rusticated rough stone piers, and is capped by a stone cornice. The ground floor is divided into three bays of three openings (windows or doors) each, while the 2nd floor has four windows per bay. The midsection has six bays of double windows, separated by brick piers, and culminating in round-arches at the 6th floor. The windows have cast-iron pilasters separating them (with a rope pattern on the ground floor pilasters, fluting on the 2nd floor, and unadorned pilasters on the upper floors), and intricate floral patterns in the cast-iron spandrels. A stone cornice sets off the top two floors, with recessed windows set behind brick piers and cast-iron spandrels. The building is crowned by a modillioned and dentiled roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Poltrona Frau furniture.
