6-story office building completed in 1892. Designed by C.E. Hadden as a store-and-loft building, with upper floors of red brick, the facade is divided into two halves of three bays each by a narrow recessed column in the center. The ground floor is cream-colored cast-iron, with paneled piers, and a broad entablature with the words "KOCHENDORFER BUILDING". The roof line has a decorative terra-cotta parapet, with a small penthouse rising above, also decorated in terra-cotta. The ground floor is occupied by Nevelle Gallery, Jamali Gallery, and MO851 boutique.
