THE SECOND BELMONTE UNDERPASS
Let this passage lead you pleasurably and safely into the Quezon Memorial Circle, a park that is meant to be the center of people’s activities in Quezon City.
This is the second of what will be a series of interesting underpasses to the Circle. The first was opened in October 2007. This second, opened its walkway to the public on December 23, 2009, and will soon become a pioneering park-anchored link to the Metro’s mass transit system.
This is our way of welcoming more people to enjoy the wonderful amenities of this historic, national monument and beautiful park.
