A shingled 2½-story, 3-bay-façade, side-hall plan house with a parged foundation, sidelight-flanked principal entrance at the north end of the façade within an early 20th-century pedimented Tuscan column entrance porch, 2-over-2 windows, gabled dormer with paired round-arch windows above the façade’s central bay, and ell extending to the west from the north end of the main block.
The Terrell family owned and occupied this house for much of the mid-19th century.
