4-story, Federal-style mercantile building completed in 1821 as a 3.5-story dwelling. It was raised to four floors in 1869 and converted to commercial use in the late 1800s. The facade is clad in white-painted brick, with three bays of windows and a black metal roof cornice. There is a narrow metal fire escape over the center bay. The building has been occupied by Canal Hi-Fi pro audio since 1977.
