6-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1904. Designed by Bernstein & Bernstein, it is a near-twin of the neighboring building at 218 Thompson, differing only in the tan brick (instead of grey) and the absence of the roof cornice. The windows have splayed stone lintels with scrolled keystones, except for the center windows on the 3rd-4th floors, which are grouped with brick quoins, and have elaborate carved panels between them, with rounded pediments on top of each grouping. A pair of metal fire escapes run down the facade. The ground floor is occupied by Thompson Wine & Spirits, and Cuba restaurant.
