6.5-story Queen Anne-style residential building completed in 1891. Designed by Richard Rohl as a tenement, it is clad in red brick, stone and terra-cotta. The central entrance has a round-arch on top with a carved female head. Above this, in the center of the 2nd floor, is a circular window surrounded by stone. A large rectangular windows on either side is topped by a rounded pediment. The 3rd floor has carved band courses, and rounded terra-cotta pediments at the outer bays connected by an ornate band course across the windows. A stone band course framed on both top and bottom by carved terra-cotta bands runs across the top of the 4th floor. There are carved terra-cotta panels in the spandrels of the outer bays between the 4th & 5th floors, and carved female heads forming the bases of projecting piers that run up through the top floor. The windows of the 5th floor are the same as the 2nd, with rounded pediments on the outer bays. The building is crowned by a tall, white bracketed cornice with modillions, and a black metal fire escape runs down the facade. The ground floor is occupied by AGI Brooks and Ottiva boutique.
