National High School & College. (ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು Bangalore- The Garden City of India)

One of the oldest schools in Bangalore.This is one of the many National Colleges.The others are located in Jayanagar, Gauribidnur and Hosur.(Birth place of Dr. H. Narasimhaiah.) (not in TamilNadu).

HN was known to be the simplest man living in Bangalore. He never had more than 5 utensils in his hostel room. He always ate simple food. Upittu was his favorite food. I've personally seen him eat Uppittu 3 times a day 7 days a week for months together. He stayed bachelor. Followed Gandhi in every aspect.

Dr.H.N.was the Vice Chancellor of Bangalore University.During his term as V.C. of B.U., he openly challenged famous Sai Baba to prove his powers scientifically.Dr.H.N. also challenged that Sai Baba is faking the tricks.I was one of the fortunate people to be with him while he was alive.Very simple man.Great integrity.
